I called Chris Kirby to take care of some plumbing issues that had showed up on an inspection report for a home we were selling for a client. He answered the phone, immediately set an appointment which was confirmed by text message and then sent another message to say he would be 30 minutes early. Evaluated the issues, quickly solved them and was gone after everything was inspected and corrected. Highly recommend these guys and if you are looking for a fair, honest plumber, call Black Dog!

Very thankful for Chris Kirby and his creativity and ingenuity in hooking up a cold plunge for our son (medical situation) something Chris had not done before. After coming over and studying it and sleeping on it for a night, Chris came up with a solution and he got it hooked up and draining just the way it was supposed to which we thought we could do but it turned out was much more complicated Than what we realized. I think he really enjoyed the challenge of working on this. He was very creative, very reasonably priced, and just a great guy to deal with. He will be handling all of our plumbing needs in the future. I cannot recommend Chris and Black dog plumbing, highly enough!

I had the second encounter with Black Dog Plumbing today. So, I can add consistent to their already established exceptional service! Tyler attended to my plumbing needs today, and he was prompt and altogether excellent! After taking a history of present illness, he examined the “patient” and then proceeded to work through his differential diagnosis. Unlike most, when his diagnostics uncovered another snafu, he brought it to my attention and literally showed me the findings so that we could correctly address the matter holistically. I was able to see the difference in the newly installed parts versus those that were excised and I could compare my malfunctioning toilet parts to the new proper functioning ones! In addition to addressing my current issues, he also did some preventative pressure checks.
Furthermore, he checked his work and checked it twice to make sure I would not have any problems going forward.I really appreciate the integrity that was demonstrated and I felt that he addressed the issue like he would have if it were at his home! I must say that I was already impressed with Chris’s prompt response last week and now I’m absolutely certain that Black Dog is my plumbing service for life! Thank you for being a blessing!

Our hot water heater malfunctioned and water was leaking in our garage. We called Chris at Black Dog and he called me back right away, not an emergency, however responded quickly. Not only was he the best price but he was QUICK. He came out within an hour to assess the situation & did not try to sell me a hot water heater I did not need. I cannot say enough nice things about Chris. He was Extremely knowledgeable and very professional and kind. I will only call them from now on for all my plumbing needs.
